Our role as consultants is to ensure we nurture the student’s skills and knowledge in a way that reflects their interests but also enables them to consider alternatives that could meet their overall goals. Our personal advisors and subject specialists challenge their thinking and ambitions without distracting them from their main objectives. All students need to be able to research, review and analyse their choices to ensure the opportunities presented will support and enhance their applications and ensure a successful outcome, one that has matched their original goals/aspirations.
Our workshops develop the foundations for a successful university application, but it is the face-to-face meetings that develop a strong and professional working relationship that fosters trust which enables the student to openly share their needs and wants whilst continually reviewing their ideas and plans for the future. Critical awareness and the ability to constantly analyse ‘where they are’ at one time within the process is a key skill and one that helps us all examine the strength of the overall application.
