BE Education established our London office in 2013 since when we have helped hundreds of families both in the UK and overseas with their school and university applications. Many families relocating to the UK have trusted BE Education to find schools for their children in London and across the country. Our offices are next to Victoria Station providing a convenient location in Central London for families to come and meet us for a consultation or to bring their children for one-to-one classes.
Raff Flackett
UK Director and Schools Consultant
Raff graduated from Eton College and then Durham University where he read Russian. He has taught English in Moscow and Uzbekistan and has served as an education consultant for disadvantaged children in London. He joined BE in 2014 and uses his years of experience to help families apply to some of the most prestigious and competitive schools in the UK.
Richard Cullum
Country Director
With nearly 20 years in elite education, Richard Cullum is a respected leader in student placement, academic mentoring, and international education. As Director of Boarding and a Senior Leader at Walhampton School, he shaped both pastoral care and academic excellence.
He has guided over 150 students into top UK schools, including Eton, Radley, Downe House, Westminster, Wycombe Abbey, and Marlborough. His experience spans international summer schools and guardianship, giving him deep insight into academic and pastoral needs.
Now leading BE Education’s UK office, Richard is driving its growth as a global hub, delivering tailored education solutions, forging key partnerships, and ensuring BE families receive world-class support.
Graham Morgan-Smith
Higher Education Consultant
A graduate of the University of Wales, in Economics and History, Graham has been a teacher with over 37 years' experience; teaching within the state, independent and international educational environments. As Assistant Principal, responsible for ‘Higher Education and Academic Counselling’ at a leading International School in London, Graham oversaw all university applications from start to finish and forged and established strong working links with University Admissions Tutors all over the UK and abroad.
Harry Hammond
Academic Mentoring
Harry Hammond spent 26 years at Radley College. During his time there, he had many roles including Housemaster, Head of Chemistry and Head of External Affairs. In the latter role, he was lead interviewer for the school and in charge of overseas recruitment. Harry uses his decades of experience working with students of all ages and abilities to provide expert mentorship and guidance to BE's students.
